Is life feeling difficult?
Are you ready for change?
Would you like some help?

I work with many people who are experiencing stress, distress, or just want things to change for themselves. I enjoy using my skills, years of experience, and wisdom to help others.

I work with my clients so that we can figure out the best approach, drawing on many psychotherapy models and techniques, including:

        • Talk therapy
        • Cognitive behavioral strategies
        • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
        • Positive Psychology
        • EMDR
